cancelation and refund policy

Cancellation of Registration:
Cancellations received on or before 12th April, 2012 (1500 HRS) (one week before the closing of entries) will incur a Rs.500 administration fee, and balance amount of Rs.9,500 will be refunded.

All cancellations between 12th April, 2012 (1500 HRS) and 19th April, 2012 (1500 HRS) (deadline for closing of entries), will be deducted 50% of the fees, and balance amount of Rs.5,000 will be refunded.

All cancellations after 19th April, 2012 (1500 HRS), will not be eligible for a refund.

All alterations or cancellations must be made in writing to drive@thrillerlife.com.

Cancellation of Guest Entries:
All the Guest Entries bought for Award and Dinner function will be refunded if cancelled before 19th April, 2012 (1500 HRS). Full Amount will be refunded.

All Guest Entries cancellations after 19th April, 2012 (1500 HRS), will not be eligible for a refund.
All Guest Entries cancellations must be made in writing to drive@thrillerlife.com.

Transfer of Registration:
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organisation. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to drive@thrillerlife.com. Details must include the full name of the replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation of Event by Thriller Life:
If the Dare2Drive TSD Rally Event receives an insufficient number of registrations, the Thriller Life may cancel the Event. In this case, the maximum liability of Thriller Life is limited to a refund of the Event Registration fee with no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other costs or expenses whatsoever.

In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement of the workshop due to circumstances beyond Thriller Life's reasonable control including but not limited to, acts of terrorism, war, acts of God and natural disaster, Thriller Life cannot be held responsible for any cost, damage or expense which may be incurred by registrants as a consequence of the event being postponed or cancelled.
